We will look at your current set up and patterns, discuss where you are now and look to the future and what you hope to achieve for your family. We will make an action plan together with two follow-up calls to take within the following month. You will feel empowered to move forward with positivity and the knowledge that you can check in again if you hit any tricky points.

Establishing a healthy routine is key to a happy family life. It might be that you are not sure how to structure the day around your infant's feeding and sleeps. Or maybe you feel they have slipped into a routine that does not work for your family. We will work together to establish what is happening and devise an action plan for your desired outcomes. You then have access to daily communication for 2 weeks to ensure the plan is on track and adapted to the needs of your family. At the end of the programme we ensure you can maintain the positive place you have reached and build a plan for moving forwards.

By 18 months old your child will have their own desires and be able to express them quite clearly. But this might not fit with what you want for your family. It could be that your child still seems to rule the sleep in your home. Or maybe you have another baby on the way and will need to make changes. Do you want support with potty training? Is your child struggling to settle into nursery or to school? Do you feel that your child is lacking something but you’re not sure what it is? We will work together to establish what is happening and devise an action plan. You then have access to daily communication for 2 weeks so that we can ensure that the plan is on track and adapted to your needs. At the end of the programme we ensure you can maintain the positive place you have reached and build a plan for moving forwards.

The ultimate package that offers the helping hand you need to get back on track. This may be the package for you if you a particularly strong-willed child or know you have fallen into more than one habit that does not suit you all.  We will assess the current sleep and behaviour patterns, devise an action plan and then work together in depth for the following 4 weeks. I will also support you directly in your home to give you the confidence to follow through with the strategies, and maintain the positive changes.

Children are forever changing. If you need to check in again, that is no problem. Once we have an established relationship, we can easily revisit your needs or extend a package that you have already chosen.
